Websites for gyms, trainers and fitness studios
People choose a gym on feel before price. We build fitness websites that make the room, the coaching and the community come through on a phone screen — then make booking a trial the easiest thing on the page.
Proof: Dungeon Performance
Dungeon Performance is a performance gym whose site we designed and built. The brief was simple to say and hard to do: make the atmosphere of the gym obvious before anyone walks in.
We structured the homepage as a walkthrough — intensity first, programming second, membership last — with scroll-driven motion tuned for mobile and a direct route to trial booking from every section. The performance budget stayed tight so the atmosphere never cost load time.
What a fitness website has to do
A gym site has a short list of jobs, and most templates miss at least half of them:
- Show the space, the coaches and the community with real photography and video, not stock
- Make trial booking or a free-class signup one tap from anywhere on mobile
- Explain memberships, drop-ins and personal training clearly enough to stop repeat front-desk questions
- Publish class schedules that stay in sync with the booking system you already use
- Capture every inquiry into a CRM with automatic follow-up, so leads from ads and Google don't go cold
- Rank locally: fast pages, accurate business details, structured data and a matching Google Business Profile
Who we build for
Independent gyms, strength and conditioning facilities, CrossFit-style boxes, personal trainers, martial arts and boxing clubs, yoga and pilates studios, and multi-location fitness brands that need one consistent system across sites.
Beyond the website
Most fitness businesses we talk to need more than pages. We also handle brand identity, photo and video shoots, launch campaigns for new locations, Google and Meta ads for trial offers, and the CRM and email/SMS follow-up that turns trials into members.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you only build gym websites in Ontario?
- No. We're based in Ontario and work with fitness businesses anywhere in Canada. Everything — discovery, design reviews, launch — runs remotely, with calls on your schedule.
- Can the site handle memberships and class booking?
- Yes. We either connect the booking or membership platform you already use (so your front desk workflow doesn't change) or build a custom flow when the off-the-shelf tools don't fit how you sell.
- What does a gym website cost?
- Focused sites for a single gym or trainer typically fall in our $500–$3,000 range. Multi-location brands, custom member areas or app-like experiences are scoped separately, usually in the $15,000–$75,000 range.
- Will it help us show up when people search for a gym nearby?
- We build the local SEO foundations in from day one — location pages where they're genuinely useful, structured data, fast mobile performance and a Google Business Profile that matches the site. Rankings still depend on reviews, competition and consistency, so we don't promise positions.
